Lots of challenges today with web stuff so my art time turned into a very short day.
I didn’t have a lot of time so I worked on trying to get this drawing as accurate as possible. But only with the very general shapes of the features on the face.
I did lots of measuring but the placement of most of my lines were still pretty far off from where they should have been.
That was it for today. I couldn’t get to work on some gestures or exercises from The Natural Way to Draw.
But, I was able to recognize what went wrong with my day and put some things in place so I don’t repeat it twice, if I can help it. Live and learn!

Got my minimum of art done for the day.

I let a lot of web issues upset me and blow up my daily schedule.
What did I learn and/or how can I do better?
I’m putting some algorithms in place so that when this happens again I’ll walk away from my computer and decompress with some meditation. Step out and see the big picture.
