I like the color change for the counter, but now the texture is distracting.
I wanted to change the color of this counter so it wasn’t so distracting, I achieved that but I also added a texture which now is too distracting from the figure. I’m going to need to do another layer over this counter now to push it back a bit. This is fine because this painting is all about layers.
