Studying anatomy with videos from Rey Bustos is very enjoyable as well as packed full of information. Tonight was all about upper arm anatomy.

I going to keep this post short today, I’m posting later than normal and honestly I don’t feel like writing much. But I did find this great quote by Chuck Close and I believe it sums up these last three years of daily art for me.

Never let anyone define what you are capable of by using parameters that don’t apply to you. Inspiration is for amateurs, the rest of us just show up and get to work. Every great idea I’ve ever had grew out of work itself. Sign onto a process and see where it takes you. You don’t have to invent the wheel everyday. Today you will do what you did yesterday, tomorrow you will do what you did today. Eventually, you will get somewhere. — Chuck Close

  1. I think Chick Close’s quote more applies to artists than writers. But I also think it applies somewhat to fitness as well- just keep showing up and doing work. If writing were only that simple…

I am an Artist and a programmer currently living in the amazing state of Washington. I have a passion for art, but I'm stubborn as hell with it. My day is complete only when I do some piece of art each day, no matter how small. "There was a dream that was Rome. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile."
