Session #392, Work #375
I finished the last chart for my palette tonight, Ultramarine Blue Deep.
THE DAILY ARTIST
I finished the last chart for my palette tonight, Ultramarine Blue Deep.
I finished the Red Scarlet chart tonight and started on the Ultramarine blue deep chart.
Finally finished up this chart today, with all that has been going on at home it has taken three sessions.
For the first time in about 8 or 9 years I showed my art in a public place. But I forgot to take pictures of it.
I didn’t spend a lot of time tonight on the color chart, only 1 hour.
Another color chart tonight. This one is Schevenings Yellow Lemon from Old Holland.
Six hours of work on these charts today, I definitely don’t have any issue with longevity when doing these charts.
I’m sure these color charts are pretty boring for most people looking at my blog, but I find them to be a wealth of helpful information.
I spent a lot longer today on finishing up the Transparent Oxide Red color chart.
Tonight I begin a switch over to color theory and the exhaustion of my palette’s possibilities.
I took it easy tonight and worked on some “in the box” drawings, plus I started up some color charts that will take me a long while to complete.
