Wow it is hot here! Unfortunately the heat saps my energy and focus, making it hard to stay the course.

One thing that I have learned is that if my focus and energy is waning then I should move to parts of the drawing or painting that are easy and hard to mess up. In this case I started blocking in the background.

I had started on the second hand beginning this session but when I began to yawn and drift. I recognized my lack of energy and moved to something I felt I could do half asleep.
