I’m recovering from my ear operation from yesterday so my brain is not what it could be, but I show up, no matter what.
This is what it’s all about. If it’s your best day or your worst day, regardless of how you feel, showing up and doing what you can is paramount.
It’s on the hardest days that all the easier days become even easier. I’ve found that if I can show up for the harder days that it gives me a huge boost in my will power for every other day.
