Shorter Day, Gesture and Contour

Sometimes it’s just a day that is super busy then sometimes it’s the whole week.

Wonderful day today. We went snowshoeing with friends up in BC. Our first time snowshoeing and we had a great time!

So just to make sure I got my art done today, while at my best energy, I woke up at 3 to get my AM routine done and at least an hour of art.

I kept it simple, Gesture than Contour.

What went well?

I got my art in early today by planing ahead, WIN!

What didn’t go so well?

Only 1 hour of art today and I don’t have enough energy to do more tonight.

What did I learn and/or how can I do better?

My gestures need a lot of work and I really need to research the purpose of gestures. I’ve always questioned their necessity. Now it is time to put a plan into place to find some reliable information on the subject.

I am an Artist and a programmer currently living in the amazing state of Washington. I have a passion for art, but I'm stubborn as hell with it. My day is complete only when I do some piece of art each day, no matter how small. "There was a dream that was Rome. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile."
