Tonight I painted using a “site size” method. I have used this method before, many months ago. It helps with drawing which I have been doing terrible on lately.
I moved a still life setup from my living room into my studio / office to take advantage of some shelving with a dark background. I planned on doing multiple sessions with this painting and this first one is to establish good drawing with general value and color. Tomorrow I will get out the smaller brushes and start in with the finishing touches.
