Session #556, Work #521

As always I had a great time at my friends house barbecuing, drinking and talking. I have been wanting to paint this camper for a while now and today seemed like a good opportunity. ¬†Great weather, great food and great company, it couldn’t get any better. Well, maybe if my drawing went well the first time.

I ended up redrawing this one three times. Twice on location and once at home from photo. The second drawing wasn’t that bad, but I didn’t like the composition at all, so I erased it a second time.

I am an Artist and a programmer currently living in the amazing state of Washington. I have a passion for art, but I'm stubborn as hell with it. My day is complete only when I do some piece of art each day, no matter how small. "There was a dream that was Rome. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile."
