After yesterdays terrible drawing I decided to go super low tech today and bring only a few sheets of paper and one drawing material. It was nice, it only took me a few minutes to setup and I had enough time to get my mind in the right place to focus on exact drawings. I didn’t feel any need to rush and get the whole model in on every gesture.
Because of my focus I was able to pull off what I think is a very good drawing of the model. I was very happy with getting her likeness super close. There are still problems with proportion in the drawing but for an hour and 10 minutes on the long drawing I’m very happy with the outcome.
