Tonight’s random location landed me in my bathroom. Its quite a challenge when I’m forced to look at an almost blank part of our apartment and figure out something interesting to paint. I turned to my phone to help pick out some interesting compositions for this painting, and I like what I ended up with.

It was kinda weird, I sat in my bathroom for about a half hour taking pictures of the room trying to figure out a good composition. I have noticed that I tend to pick out compositions that involve some stark transition in lighting, so I guess its fitting that I chose to paint the light fixture in the bathroom.

My day is complete only when I do some piece of art each day, no matter how small. "There was a dream that was Rome. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile."
