My wife an I argued about this one. I asked her what I should paint the other day and she suggested the peacock feather. I was so afraid of all the strands that I said no, and she indicated that if I wasn’t going to take her suggestions then I shouldn’t ask her.

I said that the next time I ask here then she should suggest the feather again but I didn’t feel like painting the feather that night, honestly I was hoping she would forget. Turns out that I forgot, and when I asked here tonight “What should I paint?”, you can guess what she said.

  1. I am so enjoying your set up. Especially in this specific painting. I was first wondering when first seeing the painting how you got that shadow. And when scrolling down to see your set up – there it was the Master set up to get the shadow. .. loved it.
