There are some days when it is good to recognize that my focus is just not there and the minimum is okay.
It was just one of those days were most of my brain was occupied with other important issues, like my mother in the hospital and multiple calls to the social security office. My focus wasn’t at it’s best so I determined it would be best to do the minimum 30 minutes that I’ve set myself daily as I didn’t want to force myself to work detracted and mess up something I would just have to fix later.
