I’ve started with oil now and I’m taking my time, I don’t want to rush this as it is the first time I’m trying oil over acrylic.
I’ve spent so long building up the acrylic layer that I don’t want to completely obliterate it with oil. So I’m keeping the paint very transparent with medium and going very slowly making small adjustments to the portrait.
