It’s 5am Sunday and I’m working on my painting while my mind is racing with things I need to do before our trip, so I plan accordingly.
I’m not going to work on a very important or complex part of the painting when I know I’m in this mind state so I picked the top left shelf and worked on it’s background. Simple colors and not too much detail. If I’ve learned anything these six years of daily art I’ve learned to recognize my mind state before a session.
