This painting started out as tremendous motivation from Ai art that I had generated on Midjourney. It was a combination of 5-10 images that I had generated and edited in Krita.
Through the progress of the painting I began to feel a connection to the two young figures and seeing them as avatars for my brother and I.
The crazy abstract swirls became more than just the random generation of shapes in a robots program. The became a visual representation of the dreams of the two figures.
We all remember the dreams of our childhood. Did we achieve those dreams? Are we still dreaming? Are they lost in the past? Did we become who we wanted to be?
