I didn’t have a lot of time tonight to paint so I decided to do the same subject again, but switched. I rushed this painting a bit, but I must say that I”m happy with the outcome.
I was flying through the brush strokes on this painting, it was late and I had other things to accomplish, plus pick up my wife from that airport. It was painted on another gesso primed canvas, but this one has more texture than the one last night. I figure with the exact same subject, this would be a great comparative that will tell me exactly what kinda texture I prefer to paint on.
