I’m very pleased with this monochrome painting, I didn’t wipe it out.
I found a channel on youtube where the author takes photos of models with perfect lighting. I wish that all figure reference photos were as good as these. Here is the channel if you would like to draw from them.
I did a quick block-in for this drawing, no more than a few lines before I started going straight for the detail. I did some measuring to make sure that the feet would not go off the canvas but I obviously didn’t do that correctly… After an hour and a half I didn’t want to mess with it much more so I left the feet, legs and hand suggested.
