I finished up the contour of the figure then I got messy with filling in all of the paper with charcoal. I guess I could have just started with gray paper…

Just a thought, but you ARE keeping track of your experiment and the different methods you are trying- it’s all on your blog. If it doesn’t work out, look back and try something different.
You’re very correct, the problem is that I never look back… I need to start doing that and writing it down to help me remember.
