Magic: Finished

Well, I’ve finished this drawing and I’m very happy with how it looks.

After 15 hours of working on this drawing over 10 days I’m ready to call it finished.

I learned some great techniques with this drawing and I’ve already incorporated them into other drawings.

I spent about an hour finishing this drawing then I spent another 30 minutes just thinking about what I should work on next. I’m still always thinking about where I’m going to take my artwork. I’m constantly working on trying to get better but I’ve yet to pin down my “voice” so to speak. I’m sure it will come in time, but I’m not waiting for inspiration to strike. I’ll keep working daily.

  1. This is one of my favorites I think. I might say that every couple months, which either means I’m finicky or you are getting consistently better.
And I am binge reading your posts, so I find this humorous that you were afraid you were going to fail in your experiment Luckily, you logged your progress and kept track of each of your sessions. If you are looking for a particular method, you can repeat it by looking back on your blog
