Most of today’s session was taking photos for my painting and getting my paper gessoed.
After about 5 or 6 coats of gesso and some light sanding I have a wonderful surface to being my new painting on. This one is larger than any other I have done in a while and it is presenting some challenges as it will not fit on my easel.
No drawing done today, but I still spent 2 hours on preparation.
