I’m working further on the drawing refinement for this session, trying to get as much laid out before painting.
I’m also adding some value to the most important parts of the painting, my portrait, but I’m not sure if it is necessary to fill in the value for the entire painting before I begin with oil. Depending on how long it will take I may or may not fill in the darker values. I’m also wondering how I can add in some lighter values to the under drawing…
