Another day and more drawing of the figure. I’m on a plateau now and all there is to do is keep drawing.
I enjoy the cleanliness of these short head drawings. For the most part they are accurate and the lines are direct without much embellishment.
I need to be more careful with the addition of value. My 10 minute drawings look very messy with the areas of quickly laid down value. If I’m going to put down some value I think it should describe the form better and be a bit more “neat”, for lack of a better word.
This was the best drawing of the night. More emphasis on line with light shading.
