The first pass on the figure has been started, as with any painting at this point I’m not sure how it will progress.

Painting the background first was a success, it is much easier to deal with the edges when the background is already there. Even easier when it is still a little wet.

    1. Yes, I guess I should explain that. Number one I really like the photos even though they’re similar. Secondly I wanted to do the same thing twice and see how I improve, maybe make some subtle changes and see what works best also.
