Captain Marvel Drawing Finished
I’m happy that I’m able to call this Captain Marvel drawing finished and as an added bonus I’m pleased with how it turned out.

The Gold Star
The idea now is to make the gold star on Captain Marvel’s chest stand out. To do that I plan to use some high contrast.

A New Body For Captain Marvel
After noticing that Captain Marvel’s body way too large I spent most of my time erasing and composing a new body for her.

Captain Marvel and Graphite Dust
After a quick critique from Pattie, we both agreed that I needed to add more to the Captain Marvel drawing which led me to lots of graphite dust.

Captain Marvel Composition Uncertainty
I’m having a lot of uncertainty with the extreme contrast between detail and simplicity in this new Captain Marvel composition.

Captain Marvel Drawing and Memory Gestures
Another full day of art. Starting with memory gestures, then regular gestures and finishing with work on the captain marvel drawing.

Captain Marvel too Much Detail?
I’m getting deep into the Captain Marvel drawing and I’m thinking I may be starting with too much detail.
