Another very busy day but I was able to stick to my schedule and get some good art time in.
I didn’t go for that walk but I did get some movement in throughout the day. I also didn’t put a lot of oil down on the canvas today because I spent a lot of time mixing the perfect hue for the light I want over this still life. Then I wrapped it in foil to keep it for several day.
I noticed over the days of working on this painting that my colors were not unified and varied from day to day. This is because the glazes are extremely sensitive to changes in hue and if I’m a little off with my mixtures it shows well.
A good couple of hours working on art.
Seek meditation and oscillation through the day.
Regardless of what I’m doing I must take some time for a walk in the middle of the day.
