Daily Art #2981

I’ve moved back to my Paper Flame painting today as I’m waiting for the Knot painting to dry.

As I work through this painting I’m working with different kinds of white and seeing how they work differently. So far I’ve worked with Flake White and Flake White Replacement. The latter is much more cool but has the same physical qualities, from what I can tell.

Even though it’s late in the day I was able to get some focus on this painting.

What needs work? What did you learn?

Eating better through the day.

How am I going to Optimize moving forward?

Take time in the day to meditate and feel into my hunger, most of the time its just a craving.
