Wow! Super busy day today but I still got some art in.
I’m so motivated for my third oil painting that I want to start that I rushed out today to run to the art store and buy some canvas. Unfortunately it took longer than I wanted and I had less time to draw and paint.
My third painting that I will be working on in tandem with Resurgence and Knot is going to be a repeat of some of my old paper paintings. I have the canvas, I just need to prepare it so it has a very smooth surface. Then I can begin drawing.
Knot is still super wet and tomorrow I will begin painting on Resurgence so I need at least three paintings working at the same time so I’m not down any day waiting for paint to dry.
The basic warm-up.
Tons of motivation, energy and focus!
Keep it grounded, try not to fly off onto something new. Stick to my current priorities.
Remind myself daily of what I’m working towards right now for the next few months and keep hammering it.
