My energy today has been sapped because work started in the morning, my normal art time.
The mornings, right after meditation and exercise are when I’m most energized and focused so I plan my art for those time. There are some days like today when I have to push my art time back but I still use that energy for whatever I can.
By the time I started drawing today, I felt ready for a nap and just took my time making small changes and moving forward. At whatever pace, continue to move forward.

Heal my knees.
How am I going to Optimize moving forward?
Take the next couple days off from exercise and walking. I will loose energy during the day but it’s imperative that I get my knees back in order.
