Complex Ball Gouache Painting: Session 3

So I finally finished up this small painting of the complex ball in gouache and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

The rest of today’s painting session was basically refining the details. I had already established a very accurate drawing and I blocked in some accurate values and colors. All the hard work was done, so today was all about getting down to the fun parts and the small details.
