What are you committed to? If your committed to something, plan it and put it first. I have a commitment to my art practice no matter what.
Because I have surgery today at 6am I programmed my minimum 30 minutes of art time before that. I got it done first thing, 4am, so I didn’t have to even worry about being able to get it done after surgery.
Just like last post you don’t have to finish anything, just put in the time you have. Every little bit counts!
When you can show up on these hard days, it makes all the other days when things are going well much easier.
