I draw from a YouTube channel and I’m becoming increasingly frustrated at their lack of variety when choosing model.
It seems like the Croquis Cafe on YouTube only selects figure models with great looking bodies. What about older models? Models with the years of wear on their bodies which provide a plethora of details and interest. I would rather have inexperienced models on the channel but a wider variety of real people. I guess it’s just me lamenting about my life drawing group which has been off for weeks and will not return until the 12th. We have models from all walks of life and I love the variety.
