4172: Courage to be Seen Day 2

Sleep is my most important self-care habit. I may have talked about this before in previous posts but anytime I don’t get the right amount of sleep. My day is wrecked. That’s what happened today because last night I couldn’t turn my brain off and it kept chewing on stuff late into the night and keeping me up so I had to take a very long nap during the day and my willpower to do much of anything was severely hampered.

I ended up doing a little bit over an hour on one of my new paintings and getting two hours done on business tasks, which was posting all of my latest paintings. 

It wasn’t my best day, but it’s still better than my worst.
