One of the hardest things for me to do is to stop on a painting when it’s not defined in detail. I don’t have the ability to create brushwork like Jennifer Gennari or John Singer Sargent yet. To help train that I’m trying to put strokes down once and not touch them. There are other methods I can use but for now this is what I’m trying. So far so good. This painting is done.
