Second day painting this Corgi and I’m still taking my time and focusing on quality. I’ve also compared my painting directly with the image I’m working from so I can correct the drawing. There wasn’t a lot of mistakes but these subtle differences really matter.
What went well? Focus and flow again on this painting.
What needs work? Keep my flow and focus but try to complete these paintings a bit faster.
How can I improve? Speed only comes with practice. All I can do here is be patient, take it one step at a time and keep painting daily. Eventually my speed will increase.
