I’ve moved from Photoshop to Krita and so far I’m loving it.

Josh uses Krita and today was the first meeting we’ve had where we both can get on our professional pen displays and share information. As we were trying to customize a Photoshop brush and failing I downloaded Krita at his direction and created some amazing brushes with ease. At the moment I feel that Krita is far superior to Photoshop for digital painting.

More work on the 5×10 iteration today.

I’m almost positive that I’m done preparing for this painting. Now it’s time to pick up the oils again.

I was also doing some testing of Krita with a YouTube tutorial. So much fun!

I am an Artist and a programmer currently living in the amazing state of Washington. I have a passion for art, but I'm stubborn as hell with it. My day is complete only when I do some piece of art each day, no matter how small. "There was a dream that was Rome. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile."
