3141: Vulnerability Four, Session 4

My in-laws flew back home last night after a wonderful visit for a week.

Vulnerability Four

Today is my first day back to a normal routine but I’m still struggling as yesterday’s PM routine was not the best. I’ve built up some sleep debt that I need to pay back for the next few days so that I can create at my best as soon as possible.

For this painting today I focused on establishing some color on the body but soon realized that the value and chroma of the background needed to change. I neutralized the background and lowered it’s value to give the figure more prominence.

What went well, what was awesome! Celebrate It!

Getting back on track and showing up every day.

What needs work? What did you learn?

Get back to my PM routine.

How am I going to Optimize moving forward?

Focus on my PM schedule and rock it!

I am an Artist and a programmer currently living in the amazing state of Washington. I have a passion for art, but I'm stubborn as hell with it. My day is complete only when I do some piece of art each day, no matter how small. "There was a dream that was Rome. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish, it was so fragile."
