3134: Vulnerability Two, Session 6

As a test I blew up my PM routine in favor of visiting with family.

Vulnerability Two

I worked for only an hour on this painting today. My energy and focus is almost non existent. But, I’m excited to know that all of the habits I practice daily really work to keep me in peak psychological and physiological condition. As soon as I can I’m going to get back to my routine.

Honoring my routines while spending time with family.

How am I going to Optimize moving forward?

Relax my routine a bit but not as much as yesterday.
