I wanted Harmony One to dry for a few days before I continue so I started the next figure painting.
Harmony Two
The first session is all about drawing. I’m still relying on a grid and Photoshop to get the drawing just right. At some point I’m going to really break that habit. For now I’m getting it close quickly. Even though I do this to get the drawing accurate quickly I normally obliterate it with the first coat of paint and have to figure out the proportions all over again. At least it helps me achieve accurate placement of the composition as a whole.

What went well, what was awesome! Celebrate It!
Relaxing day of creating. Plus I was able to get more meditation in through the day and it felt wonderful. I’m going to try and improve that habit.
What needs work? What did you learn?
I’m back to eating well again but I could still do better on snacking between meals.
How am I going to Optimize moving forward?
Commit to eating only at my specified times.
